At Crescent Motoring Services, we understand that. We’re a family-run, independent garage in Burton-on-Trent, and for us, looking after our customers is just as important as looking after their vehicles.
You’ll find us at 41 Wetmore Road, Burton-on-Trent, where Joe and Jenny Lewis and the Crescent team provide MOTs, servicing, diagnostics and vehicle repairs for customers from Burton and the surrounding areas.
But who are the people behind Crescent Motoring Services?!
Crescent Motoring Services is owned and run by Joe and Jenny Lewis, who are both involved in the day-to-day running of the business.
Being family-run is important to us because we want Crescent to remain a garage where customers feel they can ask questions. We also want them to understand what is happening with their vehicle and receive straightforward advice.
We’re also very fortunate to have customers who have trusted us with their vehicles for many years. Some recommend us to their children, friends, colleagues and other family members. There really isn’t a better recommendation for a local business than that.
Experience Alongside the Next Generation
Our team brings together technicians with many years of experience and younger members who are developing their careers within the motor industry.
We believe strongly in giving people the opportunity to learn.
Our apprentices combine their college studies with practical experience in a busy working garage, learning from experienced technicians while working towards their professional qualifications.
The motor industry is continually changing, so training doesn’t stop once you’re qualified either. Our technicians need to keep their knowledge up to date as vehicle technology, MOT requirements and industry regulations develop.
It’s an important investment for us – and ultimately an investment in the service we provide to our customers.
