Mia Pedley has been working one day per week with us until recently, on work experience from Burton and South Derbyshire College. From August 2024 she was taken on full time at Crescent Motors. We love having Mia around and she fits in so well within the team.
Mia’s enthusiasm and commitment is a perfect fit for the team, and we’re excited to watch her grow and succeed in her new role working towards a Level 3 Motor Vehicle Apprenticeship.
As our very first female apprentice we know she will increase her knowledge and abilities even more as she spends more time with the team in the workshop.
Mia wants to inspire other young women to enter this field and is the driving force behind her determination to succeed.
