Crescent Motoring Services in Kenya continue with their support of Michelle Smith who is volunteering with Burton Albion Football Club Community Trust in partnership with African Adventures.
The trip – which aims to raise funds for BACT, support partner projects in Ghana and providing local people with a life-changing experience – has been on hold for due years due to the Covid pandemic.
During the visit, Michelle and other volunteers are teaching in schools and helping a three-year project to build a community library. They are currently painting and cleaning with the help of the children and they are having a great time. After the journey of Crescent Motoring Services in Kenya, where will she take us next?!

The trip will also help raise funds for African children who cannot access clean drinking water or food each day or go to school.
The group that have travelled to Ghana also includes young people from BACT’s National Citizenship Service programme, BACT volunteers, community trust partners and many members of the community.
