James Hamnett has been awarded ‘IMI Level 4 Award’ in the Diagnosis, Testing and Repair of Electric/Hybrid Vehicles and Components. (VRQ) and we are very proud to be able to have another level of skill to offer Crescent Motoring Services customers.

The IMI (Institute of Motor Industry) have awarded us with this qualification along with ‘IMI Techsafe’ recognition for Electric and Hybrid Vehicles.
When customers need the most up to date repair analysis, we are proud to have teamed up with HEVRA to ensure we can knowingly provide this service.
HEVRA is an independent organisation that ensures all members meet certain standards when it comes to training and equipment for electric vehicles. HEVRA also offers technical support so they not only have their own expertise, but that of the entire HEVRA network.
We can now provide:

- High Voltage battery testing and cell replacement
- EV service and routine maintenance
