MOT Testing, Burton on Trent

Huge panic with lights on the dash - took to crescent and the team smashed it! Was a minor problem and they sorted, despite being rammed today.

I really appreciated the help with 2 kids, hubby away and a full weekend ahead! Brilliant service!

When my car showed a warning light this morning, I was straight on the phone to Crescent and they carried out a diagnostic test very quickly. Fortunately, my car didn’t need fixing this time but I know it’s always in good hands at Crescent.

Took my car in this morning coz my steering sometimes creaks when I’m turning at slow speed, but only when it’s cold.
Car got checked over quickly. I know what the issue is, it’s nothing broken or faulty, just a noisy part.
Some garages would have taken this as an opportunity to make an easy bit of money replacing the part, but not these guys. They recommended I leave it for now and see how it goes as these issues sometimes resolve themselves without the part being replaced. But if it gets worse and does need replacing I know exactly how much it’ll cost to fix it.
As a single woman, this is the sort of service I love from a garage.☺️👍🏻

I had an issue with my car and despite them being fully booked, Stuart kindly said he would try and squeeze it in the next day (which was the only day I happened to be in the area).

Crescent managed to give the car the once over and found the source of the problem for a small charge and gave the pricing for the cost of the repairs if I wanted to go ahead with them.

I've also had MOTs done in the past here and have always received a high level of service.

A decent, honest garage which is sometimes a rarity.
